We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Fresher Plumbing Technician to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in the plumbing and building services industry. As a fresher, you will work under the supervision of experienced plumbing professionals and assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems across various residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, physically fit, and willing to take on hands-on responsibilities. You will be exposed to a wide range of plumbing tasks including pipe cutting, fitting, leakage repair, valve installation, pump connections, sanitary fixture installations, and drainage work. You will also learn how to interpret basic plumbing drawings and follow safety protocols on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior technicians in installing water supply lines, drainage systems, and fixtures

• Carry tools, prepare materials, and clean work areas before and after jobs

• Learn how to use plumbing tools such as pipe cutters, threaders, and wrenches

• Support in identifying leaks, blockages, and potential issues

• Follow instructions from supervisors and comply with safety regulations

• Maintain a clean and organized worksite

  Candidate Requirements:

• 10th/12th pass or ITI in plumbing (preferred but not mandatory)

• Basic understanding of tools and mechanical systems

• Willingness to work on-site and learn new skills

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual labor

• Team player with a positive attitude
